Custom Portraits & Personalized Products
Since nearly all our customers are satisfied with their order, we’re confident we can find a solution that makes you happy too. However, because each piece is custom-made and personal, it may be exempt from the standard right of withdrawal, depending on the consumer protection laws in your country.
Every artwork we produce is made specifically for you based on the photo and instructions you provide. This means we cannot accept returns, as the product cannot be resold.

Order Cancellations & Changes
If you just placed an order and changed your mind, you can request a cancellation or modification within 30 minutes. After that, changes are not guaranteed, as our artists often begin working immediately.
Preview Before Print
Before we print your portrait, you’ll receive a digital preview to approve. This ensures that you know exactly what will be printed. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the preview — nothing goes to print until you’re happy with it. Once you approve the digital preview, we will consider the design final and ready for print. Any further changes may not be possible.
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences between digital screens and print materials. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Damaged goods, incorrect size, print or wrong item.
In cases where you receive the wrong item, incorrect size or print, or if your order arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
